Introduction

Hi, I’m Judith Taylor and I’d like to welcome you to the Property Women website. I’ve been organising Property Women workshops since November 2006 and it’s just been such an amazing journey for the Property Women team and for me personally.

I was introduced to renovating and property investing only a few years ago and after attending a Reno Kings workshop, my life was transformed. After two failed relationships, I was left without a job and living with my young son in a derelict house. But that’s history!

In the past 3 years I have completed 7 renovations, and transformed my derelict house into our dream home and have a portfolio of 7 rental properties.

So you may see the occasional reference to the Reno Kings on this site – and that’s because it’s due to them that Property Women was first established. They realised that more and more women were getting involved in Property investing and doing extremely well at it, and they suggested I set up workshops specifically for women.

The results have been amazing! We’ve had hundreds of women attend the workshops and thousands join our online network for free monthly newsletters and our interactive forum; the positive feedback has been overwhelming.
