Your Day Job: This is important. You don’t have to give up your day job to do a small profitable development. Many people do one or two projects while holding down a day job. The only consideration is that you’re likely to make much more money from this part-time pursuit than your main job and you might want to quit it.

None of these following things matter either – your age, your ethnic background, your education level, what you weigh, how many kids you have, where you live and if you are new to the property.
