I am just back from roughing it in rural Australia. 60 kms from the nearest anything. My days consisted of sourcing fire wood, walking out amongst trees and nature, gazing at distant rolling hills and fulfilling the needs of constantly hungry children.
Nothing like school holidays to make you realise that a good property portfolio is a necessity to sustain three growing sons, all in primary school still I may add!
The food supplies required for growing boys (or kids generally) scares me.
We all have different reasons and motivating forces for acquiring wealth (mine are not just food related I might add).
It is comfort, it is security, it provides you with options, it allows you to feed your family, help others, allows you to be able to say YES to things – like dinner invites, weekends away, impromptu movie dates with pals etc.
Having money serves a really special purpose when you (or a loved one) requires medical help. It buys you better seats on a plane, or even just a flight somewhere at all!
I speak with many women who feel discomfort at discussing wealth. Like wealth is tied to negativity, as though your very success means someone had to miss out or that you had to squash another person down to reach your full potential.
Just look at how we were raised on cartoons and characters where a Step-Mother was wealthy and cruel, the nasty rich lady wanted Dalmatian puppies for her fur coat, the evil Queen would cast a curse on anyone threatening her status.
This theme of evil and money runs deep in society and we need to rise above this and be okay with acquiring more. I have spoken to property investors who felt guilt around investing. They had never considered that were providing a safe home for a family who is not in the position to make that purchase.
We recently packaged up our Brisbane conference so that we provided ample reasons for investors to attend. Our focus was not simply walking through properties and investigating locations (although that will happen). We wanted to provide a really special space for people like you and me, to mingle in stunning surrounds, to kick up our heels and really get a taste test for possibility whilst learning from some amazing speakers in the property space.
There will be no hard sales. We are 100% independent as a business. If you want property buying help we can step-in. If you want to absorb all the merits of Brisbane and enjoy an amazing weekend, well, you can! We are so looking forward to meeting you no matter what your agenda is.
No further costs other than to get to your pick up points in Brisbane. We have 2 points for you to meet the property coach. One of which is Brisbane Airport at 9:30am on August 17th.
We have included accommodation, meals, transport, entertainment, speakers, networking, workbooks and to make this extra special, we want you to feel like you deserve to move to the next level so we have hired a private residence called the Gatsby. This stunning property is ours for a cocktail party.
We can take a look around, be served champagne, hear from the interior decorator Kym Barclay, meet other like-minded investors during the evening and be inspired as all hell by what is possible.
The question is, are you going to join us?
Check this pic below – that is your home for the night. Flights are still super affordable with a month to plan your logistics.

The education and inspiration, alone, I just know you are going to love this. The venue, the cocktail party, the speakers, these are value adds!
If you are in the southern states, this is timed beautifully. You can thaw out, kick off your Ugg boots and get your property motivation flowing.
It is your time to be decisive ahead of the rise and rise of Brisbane. You don’t want to kick yourself this time next year and wish you had conducted your area education groundwork already.
Plus it is a weekend of education you can even ask your Accountant if you can claim!!
